The subject of the contract is the supply of desktops and monitors, portable computers and tablets for the needs of the State Administration Units specified in Annex 1 to the ToR divided into parts:
Part I - Desktops and monitors,
Part II - Portable computers,
Part III - Tablets.
The detailed method of implementation of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 2 to the ToR - Technical Specification, Annex 3 to the ToR - Significant provisions of the framework agreement and Annex 4 to the ToR - Significant provisions of the executive agreement. The contracting authority envisages the conclusion of a framework agreement.
The awarding entity does not envisage the award of contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 7 of the PPL Act.
The Awarding Entity does not envisage conducting an electronic auction.
The Purchaser does not allow submission of variants within the meaning of art. 2 point 7 of the PPL Act.
The Awarding Entity allows partial bids.
The contracting authority envisages the conclusion of a framework agreement.

The Awarding Entity specified the estimated number of the ordered subject of the order only for the purpose of valuation of offers submitted by Contractors, which will then be used to compile a ranking of submitted offers.
3. General requirements confirming that the offered equipment meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party: a) the offered equipment must have a CE declaration or equivalent, b) all devices must have a user manual in Polish available on-line or on a CD; instructions will be provided to the Ordering Party on the day of delivery of the equipment in the form of a CD, or the address of the website on which the manual is available or is available for download.

6. The framework agreement will contain the entire range listed in the submitted offers, i.e. each Unit during the term of the framework agreement will be able to purchase any equipment specified in the Technical Specification, constituting Annex 2 to the ToR.
