44 bathrooms (WC, WT, shower); 4 bathrooms barrier-free according to DIN 18040-2 (WC, WT, shower, folding handles) ,44 kitchen connections, 2700 m piping installation: stainless steel and multi-layer composite pipe; 800 m dirty water: PP with sound insulation requirement, including core holes ventilation technology:

44 individual exhaust air fans according to DIN 18017-3 over roof, 400 m piping installation: WFR to DN160, 150 KWL fans in the outer wall, including core drilling.
