The subject of the contract is scientific supervision and scientific and technical advice for Metra Warszawski Sp. z o.o. during the extension of the metro line in Warsaw.
The detailed scope of the Subject of the Order is specified in the Technical Specification of Performance
and Acceptance (hereinafter: "STWiO") constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, and the detailed conditions for the implementation of the Subject of the Order are specified in the Model Agreement constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
The Ordering Party is not able to divide the contract into parts due to the fact that the Subject of the Order is an integral task, the technical conditions of which result in the inability to separate parts.
The contracting authority does not require employment under an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Act
of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510) by the Contractor
or a Subcontractor of persons performing activities during the implementation of the Subject of the Contract.

The Contractor's workload constituting the performance of the Subject of the Order in accordance with STWiO (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ) was determined at the level of 13400rbh (in words: thirteen thousand four hundred man-hours).
In the offer form, the Contractor indicates the unit price for 1rbh, while the remuneration for the performance of individual orders will be determined at the stage of contract performance and will be the product of the number of man-hours necessary to perform a given order and the hourly rate (price for 1rbh) in the Contractor's offer.
The Contractor is obliged to secure the bid deposit in the amount of PLN 30,000.00 (in words: thirty thousand, 00/100).
