The Contract comprises the Planned Maintenance of the Emergency Standby Generator Installations located in Police properties, comprising a pro-active planned maintenance programme, including specified mains failure and loadbank testing, reporting and effecting minor repairs. In addition to the Planned Maintenance Tasks, specific minor corrective repair works and minor adaptations works may be instructed over the duration of the Contract on an ad hoc basis by Work Order.
