Purchase of electricity for local government and other entities — XXXVI/1 Purchasing Group MAE

The subject of this contract is the purchase of electricity for own purposes, in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law Act by the Contracting Authority listed in paragraph 3 of SWZ. The estimated total electricity demand in the order period i.e. from 1.1.2022 to 31.12.2023 is 82,959 358.00 kWh.

Part 1 of the order — the purchase of electricity for the period 2022 to 2023 for the objects detailed in Annex 1.1 to SWZ — (Cxx housing tariff).

The estimated total electricity demand is 5,907,230.00 kWh, including:

— between 1.1.2022 and 31.12.2022 is 2,953,615,00 kWh,

— in the period 1.1.2023 to 31.12.2023 is 2,953,615.00 kWh.

Part 2 of the order — the purchase of electricity for 2022 to 2023 for the objects detailed in Annex 1.2 to SWZ — (Cxx tariff).

Part 2 of the order — the purchase of electricity for 2022 to 2023 for the objects detailed in Annex 1.2 to SWZ — (Cxx tariff).

The estimated total electricity demand is 46,968,468.00 kWh, including:

— between 1.1.2022 and 31.12.2022 is 23 484 234,00 kWh,

— between 1.1.2023 and 31.12.2023 is 23,484,234.00 kWh.

Part 3 of the order — the purchase of electricity for the period 2022 to 2023 for the objects detailed in Annex 1.3 to SWZ — (Bxx tariff).

The estimated total electricity demand is 30,083,660.00 kWh, including:

— in the period 1.1.2022 to 31.12.2022 is 15,041 830,00 kWh,

— in the period from 1.1.2023 to 31.12.2023 is 15,041,830.00 kWh.
