Hardware/software delivery and software maintenance for the Cisco Unified Communications Manager clusters including unified communications and collaboration features and video conferencing

In the course of the contract, the Contractor must meet the following requirements:

- Delivery of hardware and software according to the requirements

- (Optional) Support during the initial configuration and installation of systems and components (except server hardware) in new departments including disposal of the packaging material

- the installation and timely transmission (within 5 working days) of all information required for inventory management and documentation after installation or replacement of components as part of the replacement service.

- (Optional) disposal of dismantled hardware and packaging materials

- the maintenance and repair of defective equipment (optionally also on site in the offices) via a hardware replacement service

- Provide access for direct access to the Cisco support system.

- (Optional) during the installations, all configurable parameters must be documented in detail.

- (Optional) the provision of qualified service personnel to support IT. NRW personnel for the care, maintenance and repair of the IPT installations.

- the training and further education of IT. NRW personnel to the extent advertised for the administration and operation of the systems

The conversion of other state authorities in NRW to IP telephony within the next two years is likely. However, the magnitude of the investments cannot currently be predicted or determined.
