This contract derives from the project for the unification of several expiring service contracts, according to an organizational model of unified management of public services and instrumental services aimed at the protection, functionality and usability of the municipal heritage. The service contracts contracted by the Municipality of Taranto are grouped here according to areas of organization characterized by the coexistence of services corresponding to specific areas aimed at achieving a homogeneous final result. It is divided into the following lots:
- lot 1: general services for the functionality of municipal buildings,
- lot 2: general services for the use of urban spaces,
- lot 3: general services for the functionality of market areas.
The activities included in lot 1 are divided into: "General services for the functionality of municipal buildings" consisting of:
A) minute routine maintenance of municipal buildings;
B) porterage and transport services;
C) reception of municipal offices;
D) support to municipal archives.
The activities included in lot 2 are divided into "General services for usability of urban spaces" consisting of:
A) protection of the decor of urban spaces;
B) contrast to urban decay;
C) public toilet cleaning and maintenance;
D) free beach cleaning.
The activities included in lot 3 are divided into "General services for the functionality of market areas" consisting of:
A) control and custody of market structures;
B) cleaning of daily and weekly markets;
C) cleaning of wholesale markets;
D) custody and cleaning and maintenance of public bathrooms market areas.
