project management contract in restricted procedure for the rehabilitation of the CCI building in the Digital Pole - Tohannic campus in Vannes.

The procedure takes place in two phases:

- an "Applications" phase

- an "Offers" phase.

Only five candidates will be selected at the end of the application phase to submit an offer

project management contract relating to the rehabilitation of the former premises of the CCI located in Tohannic in Vannes to accommodate the digital pole.

The Vannes Digital Pole project plans to bring together in the former CCI building, located near the Tohannic campus in Vannes:

- The training of the National School of Engineering of South Brittany which offers the specialties Cyberdefence and Cybersecurity of the software

- the training of the iut of Vannes in Statistics and Business Intelligence and Computer Science (University Bachelors of Technology)

The objectives of the operation creation of the Digital Pole in Tohannic are for Golfe Morbihan - vannes agglomeration and the University of South Brittany to:

- Strengthen and develop the offer of both initial and continuing training in the field of cybersecurity and decision-making proposed by the 2 entities that are ensibs and iut de Vannes.

- Respond to the increase in staff planned for the medium term and the development of training.

the design work will be conducted in a sustainable development approach.

The project management team is expected to make strong proposals in this direction:

- choice of low-emissive materials and use of bio-based materials,

- green construction site,

- energy sobriety (tertiary decree - 50%: reduction of needs, airtightness),

- maintenance maintenance,

- quality of use,

- comfort for all,

- air quality...

the total cost of the operations provided for in the contract is EUR 7 500 000 (excluding TAX).
