This consultation is the subject of a grouping agreement between RIVP and Paris Habitat.
At the end of 2018, Paris & Métropole Aménagement, developer of the ZAC Saint-Vincent de Paul in Paris 14th, entrusted RIVP and Paris Habitat the project management of two real estate complexes, respectively on the “Petit et Chaufferie” lots, two neighboring lots to accommodate two new buildings.
Paris Habitat is the contractor of the “Chaufferie” lot of approximately 10,500 m2 SDP consisting of an emergency accommodation center of about 90 places, a family pension of 25 dwellings, 98 family dwellings, business premises, a room for the city of Paris DPE-DEVE.
The RIVP is the contractor of the Small Lot of approximately 13,000 m2 PLS consisting of 183 family social housing units, 29 intermediate dwellings and business premises.
