1.The subject of the contract is the delivery of brand new and free from legal and physical defects computer equipment for organizational units of the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin. 2.The contracting authority shall separate the subject of the contract into 29 independent lots. Further information on the order for all parts (including the types of equipment that make up a given part) is given below in the announcement, with full detail and exhaustive information in the indicated scope provided by the SWZ. The term "SWZ" used in the announcement should be understood as the documents of this contract constituting the specification referred to in Article 133 of the Polish Public Procurement Law (hereinafter referred to as the "Public Procurement Law").
