The purpose of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement with a supplier for the further development of the communication services and strategy of Landsbyggefonden, as well as ongoing maintenance of Landsbyggefonden websites, etc., related to Landsbyggefondens communications.

The Landbuilding Fund has several audiences for its communications. The primary ones are housing organizations, housing administrations, municipalities, as well as counselors hired by the housing organizations.

The Landbuilding Fund currently uses six communication channels, which are lbf.dk, various subsites, various conferences and events, a variety of newsletters, use of external media and social media.

For these audiences and based on the communication channels mentioned, the future supplier shall provide a range of communication services and tasks detailed in the task description (Annex 1).

The Country Building Fund has few communications resources to carry out a wide range of tasks. This means that the future Supplier must carry out a handheld execution on communications services and the initiatives which may arise continuously during the 4-year period of the Framework Agreement. In other words, the future Supplier must be able to follow initiatives and development tasks all the way to door in cooperation with Landsbyggefonden.
