The purpose of this consultation is to outsource the paper archives of the Carpimko.

Expected services include:

— the recovery of the stock of paper archives from the current third party archive provider and part of the archives present at the Carpimko premises;

— the packaging/repackaging of paper archive units;

— storage of paper archives;

— the physical communication of paper documents or archival units upon request from Carpimko at its head office (3 avenue du centre 78280 Guyancourt);

— the safe destruction on request of the Carpimko.
