The object of the tender is to provide business gifts.

As far as the provision of the services is concerned, the contractor is expected to include

Performs the following services:

(a) proactively advising and thinking in order to create an optimal process of promotional gifts and/or flowers in accordance with the objectives of this tender and the requirements and wishes that Stedin makes;

b) implementing and maintaining the services for Stedin including the necessary (work) processes, tools and systems for this purpose;

c) provide digital monthly management reporting for Stedin.

(d) stock management;

e) propose, supply, stock and send corporate gifts including branded and non-branded items, Christmas gifts and/or flowers;

f) making promotional gifts and flowers available through a webshop linked to Ariba.

e) making flowers available through a webshop linked to Ariba.
