The purpose of this call for tenders is the subscription of the Civil Liability insurance contract of the hospital group of Hainaut Cambrésis territory.

In order to pool skills and optimize the budget, it was decided to set up a group of orders in application of the provisions of the Public Procurement Code, approved by all the executive bodies of all the members of the group.

The Valenciennes Hospital Center, represented by its Director General, assumes the role of coordinator of the group and is in charge of the procedure for awarding the contract (s) to be intervened.
