The Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the municipality of Moerdijk, hereinafter referred to as the contracting authority or client, intends to tender the contract for the "Liability Insurance municipality". The service provider is hereinafter referred to as a (potential) tenderer or contractor.

The client has taken out a liability insurance for the municipality and wishes to tender it again via a European tender. The client has not taken out Good Employment Insurance or Employee Compensation Insurance for its employees. An Accident Insurance has been taken out with a so-called 24-hour coverage.

The client wishes to maintain this situation. This means that only the Liability Insurance for the municipality is tendered with coverage for:

• Zaakschade

• Personenschade

• Vermogensschade

• Werkgeversaansprakelijkheid

• (sudden) Environmental liability

• Limited liability and Existing Property coverage may be offered for construction works.
