Boligbygg currently has 96 properties with automatic fire alarm installations. During the first quarter of 2013 twenty new properties shall be upgraded with all-covering fire alarm installations. The installations are located in the various buildings belonging to Boligbygg Oslo KF, see annex 5 Property List with and overview of the fire alarm installations.

The competition is for services for carrying out legally imposed annual inspections and service of fire alarm installations. The competition is also for the awarding authority's need for technical assistance with maintenance, repairs and assistance/support in cases of system errors.

The purchase of components is also a part of the contract.

Changes/upgrades to the existing installations shall be compatible with the existing systems as these must be work with the existing centres and alarm systems.
