The subject of the contract is the performance of works related to the maintenance and conservation of high and low urban greenery on the areas owned by the Municipality - City of Płock and the State Treasury in Płock.

The local scope of the subject matter of the agreement includes: road lanes, squares, parks, green areas and other communal and State Treasury areas, in the case of natural monuments, the agreement also covers areas owned by other entities on which these monuments are located and real estate of the Municipality – City of Płock transferred to the management of the Municipal Buildings Board in Płock.

The material scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the following works:

1. felling of trees together with disposal and disposal costs,

2. removal of scrap and tipping of trees,

3. Intervention removal of scrap and tipping trees as well as intervention removal of trees threatening safety performed around the clock in an urgent mode and outside the working hours of the Płock City Hall (also on non-working days), on the basis of a telephone order from an employee of the Department of Municipal Affairs, the Department of Security and Crisis Management (including the Municipal Crisis Management Centre) of the Płock City Hall or the Municipal Guard,

4. Milling and removal of root carps,

5. Tree care consisting in comprehensive care of 1 pc. tree

6. Replacement and/or installation of new tree frames,

7. Protective spraying of trees up to 50 cm of trunk circumference measured at the height of the trunk base,

8. Fertilization of trees with compound mineral fertilizers,

9. Watering plants,

10. Fighting the chestnut leaf miner,

11. Cleaning the boxes after the end of the breeding season,

12. Installation of nesting boxes for titmice,

13. Mulching plants,

14. Work of the Rapid Response Group for the current needs related to the maintenance of tall greenery in the period of 14 months from 15.03.2023 to 15.10.2023 and from 15.03.2025 to 15.10.2025,

15. Installation/disassembly and maintenance of mats protecting young trees and plantings against frost and salt during the winter campaign in 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 (it is expected to protect about 1,000 trees during the entire contract – about 500 trees during each winter season),

16. Flat-rate works in the field of maintenance of low greenery in periods of 12 months from 01.04.2024. until 30.09.2024 and from 01.04.2025. until 30.09.2025 (excluding the area of the Vistula Escarpment and Region III),

17. Other work in the field of high and low greenery outside the period of operation of the Rapid Response Group,

18. Planting along with the purchase of plant material.
