The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of implantable and non-implantable medical devices, i.e.: Intramedullary nails, Low-profile anatomical steel plate, blocking-compression to the distal end of the fibula from the lateral side. The order is divided into 2 partial tasks. A detailed description is contained in Annex 1 to the SWZ.
The contracting authority requires submission of the said means of proof together with the bid in accordance with point 9.1 of the SWZ. This means of proof to confirm compliance with the characteristics or criteria set out in the description of the evaluation criteria must be submitted together with the tender (not supplemented). The Ordering Party allows supplementing the documents in the case of the said means of proof confirming compliance with the parameters required to confirm that the offered delivery meets the requirements and characteristics specified by the Ordering Party.
