The subject of the contract is to perform the investment task in the “design and build” mode, the construction of the KOCIEWIE Cultural Center together with the development of the land in Starogard Gdański within the framework of the task included in the budget of the City Municipality of Starogard Gdański for the years 2022-2024: “Construction of the Centre Cultural KOCIEWO in Starogard Gdański”. The order will be executed on the basis of the Functional and Utility Program.

The scope of the task includes:

1) Design work involving implementation on the basis of the Functional and Utility Programme:

a) Construction project (architectural and construction, landscaping project), executed in accordance with Article 34 of the Act of 7 July 1994. Construction Law with the development by the contractor of a map for design purposes, all required opinions, permits, arrangements, surveys, expertise, geological and geotechnical surveys and other documents required by special regulations, certificate of entry on the list members of the competent chamber of professional self-government, current at least as of the date of submission of the documentation.

The construction project (arch-bud + PZT + technical project) should be done in text (paper) version in 5 egz. + the whole in electronic form on a CD or other form of portable memory, e.g. a flash drive (.pdf files and all editable drawings .dwg).

b) Technical project, supplementing and detailing the construction project, to the extent and degree of accuracy necessary for the performance of construction works in all industries, executed in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure on the detailed scope and form of documentation design, technical specifications for the implementation and acceptance of construction works and the functional and utility program (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 2454). The executive design must also include a description and technologies for performing works.

The design should be done in text (paper) version in 5 egz. + the whole in electronic form on a CD or other form of portable memory, such as a flash drive (.pdf files and all editable drawings .dwg).

c) Investor cost estimate, carried out on the basis of a technical project and planned to perform works. Investor estimate shall be broken down for:

◦ separately for all industries, with separation of construction works, all necessary networks and installations, greenery development, complementary infrastructure, etc. first equipment.

◦ aggregate statement of investment costs. Must be done in text (paper) version in 4 egz. + in electronic form (.pdf and editable .doc files)

The investor's estimate and aggregate statement of costs should be made in text (paper) version in 4 egz. + in electronic form (.pdf and editable .ath files).

d) Measurement of works carried out on the basis of applicable regulations and technical design and planned for the performance of works. The item shall be broken down separately for all industries, with the separation of construction works, all necessary networks and installations, greenery development, complementary infrastructure, etc. and first equipment. The object of the works must be performed in a text version (paper) in 4 egz. + in electronic form (.pdf and editable .ath files).

e) Technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works Technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works shall be carried out in text (paper) version in 4 egz. + in electronic form (.pdf and editable .doc files).

Obtaining the necessary decisions and arrangements required by the Construction Law and separate regulations.

2) Construction — assembly and installation work comprising:

a) Building construction and finishing works according to the function provided

in concept (PFU), facility with first equipment, technology and internal and external installations.

b) Fieldwork: terrain (macronivelation), construction of road layout and technical access, manoeuvring and pedestrian lines and paved surfaces for a newly designed building, landscaping with low green, installation of field lighting, execution of the installation of water-can. , monitoring.
