1. The subject of the contract is the provision of the service of the collection and management of municipal waste, broken down into 2 parts:

Part 1 - the provision of the service of the collection and development of municipal waste from inhabited property, the provision of services for the collection and development of municipal waste from properties on which residents do not reside, and municipal waste is created and the provision of additional services,

Part 2 - the provision of waste disposal services from sites not intended for their storage and storage.

2. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex 2 to this Specification of the Terms of The Contract, also known as SWZ or the Specification. The Contractor's obligations related to the implementation of the contract are also specified in the draft contractual provisions, constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.

Ia – inhabited real estate:1. The order includes:a) collection and management. municipal waste from property owners, b) collection and management. municipal waste collected in bell-type containers, forming the so-called bell nests, preventing them from overfilling – the places of setting these containers / containers are indicated in Annex 1d to the OPZ,c) loading, transport, unloading of bell containers (from PSZOK to points according to Annex 1d),d) organization (collection and management) in the period April – June of one so-called collection of large-size waste, including, among others, furniture, waste electrical and electronic equipment,e) collection and management of expired medicines from pharmacies and equipping some pharmacies with drug confiscators, f) collection and management of waste from PSZOK,g) provision of bags for the collection of separately collected: paper, glass, metals / plastics / multi-material packaging, ash, h) organization of selective collection of municipal waste: collection of municipal waste will take place directly from real estate on which residents live, i) weighing all municipal waste collected from the property and collected as part of the so-called seasonal collection, from pharmacies and from PSZOK: - residues from the selective collection of municipal waste and mixed municipal waste if irregularities in the selective collection of municipal waste were found, - selectively collected and collected municipal waste (glass, paper, plastics and metals, multi-material packaging, ash), - bio-waste, - furniture and other large-size waste, including electrical and electronic equipment as part of the so-called seasonal collection, - waste collected from the so-called bell sockets or containers if they play the role of the so-called bell nest, - expired medicines collected from pharmacies, - waste collected from PSZOK, collected in individual containers / containers, j) loading, transport, unloading of bell containers from PSZOK to the places of setting these containers, which are indicated in Annex 1d to OPZ,k) implementation of the above-mentioned tasks in accordance with the provisions of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipality, the Waste Act and the provisions of relevant acts of local law and regulations to the aforementioned acts. Ib – uninhabited real estate on which municipal waste is generated: 1. The order includes: a) collection and management of municipal waste, in accordance with the provisions of the Act on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in the Municipality, the Waste Act and the provisions of relevant local law acts, regulations to the aforementioned Acts, b) provision of bags with a capacity of 120 liters for the collection of separately collected paper, glass, metals / plastics / multi-material packaging, c) collection and management of municipal waste collected in street bins, d) weighing all municipal waste collected from the property:- residues from the separate collection of municipal waste and mixed municipal waste if irregularities in the selective collection of municipal waste were found,- selectively collected and collected municipal waste (glass, paper, plastics and metals, multi-material packaging, bio-waste). Ic - provisions common to inhabited and uninhabited real estate: 1. Obligations of the Contractor in the implementation of the subject of the contract:1) collection of municipal waste - collection of municipal waste will take place between 600 and 1800 from Monday to Friday in accordance with the schedule of municipal waste disposal prepared by the Contractor, after weighing the vehicles

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of waste disposal services from places not intended for their collection in the Municipality of Skoczów and the management of this waste. 2. The order includes: a) substitution of container(s) or big-bag(s) or self-unloading box vehicles in a place indicated by the representative of the Commune in the relevant order, manual and/or mechanical loading of waste, transport of waste and their management, in accordance with the provisions of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipality, the Waste Act and the provisions of relevant implementing acts, b) performance of other works indicated by the representative of the Commune in the relevant order, including, for example, mowing lichens, extracting waste from the watercourse bed, raking the area after the removed waste (the model order referred to above is an attachment to the contract for the implementation of the service in question), c) weighing the collected waste will be carried out on the scale, at the disposal of the Ordering Party or another entity indicated by the Ordering Party; the scale will be located at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point at 3 Pierściecka Street in Kiczyce or in another place in the Skoczów Commune, indicated by the Ordering Party.
