The purpose of this consultation is the maintenance and routine rehabilitation of communal buildings on the territory of the municipality of Puteaux The description of the works and their technical specifications are set out in the special technical clauses (C.C.T.P.) specific to each lot. This consultation is an open call for tenders pursuant to Article R2124-2 1° of the Public Order Code. Given the uncertain volume of work requested during the year, each lot is a framework agreement for works with purchase orders within the meaning of Article R2162-2 of the Public Order Code
