Framework agreement for the implementation of a mobility and parking action plan:

- lot 1: parking mission: pooling and associated operational arrangements,

- lot 2: mission on the development of active modes in connection with lifestyles.

- mission 1: search for examples of mutualisation of car parks in the same types of context and feedback from recent experiences,

- mission 2: regulations applicable to parking and possible fixtures with regard to context and status (public, private),

- mission 3: answer the question of the positioning of the P + R: how does it fit into a networked operation with buses, shared cars and not only in its link with the tramway? How does it relate to the neighborhood and can it be a useful infrastructure for the neighborhood?

- mission 4: proposal of principles of contractualization with the Metropolis or with any other competent and interested actor,

- mission 5: financial estimate for each of the actions with a notion of costs / benefits (return on investment) with an associated schedule,

- mission 6: support for the implementation of actions,

- mission 7: participation in meetings / workshops with or without production of documents.

- mission 1: search for reproducible experiences in this area and a detailed analysis of the need for mobility in relation to lifestyles: its evolution and its perspectives,

- mission 2: test of actions in partnership with BM, the city, Keolis and any other interested actor. It is in this context to test proposals in an operational manner. It is thus a question of inscribing the district in a logic of good practices and to make want to modify the way of moving around relying on motives peculiar to each one (economic, environmental, comfort ...). A sociological approach seems necessary,

- mission 3: consolidation of the actions thus making it possible to propose to the new inhabitants a global device and adapted to the situation of the site in term of mobility,

- mission 4: support for implementation,

- mission 5: participation in workshops or meetings with or without production of documents.
