The assignment includes:

- Demolition of existing buildings (attached)

- Creation of replacement new construction with multipurpose rooms, storage rooms, technical and sanitary rooms on the ground floor, with 3 living rooms for people with disabilities on the ground floor.

- Exterior construction around the building, connection to existing pavements.

- All structures: structural work under roof and windproof, interior finishes, interior joinery, technical installations and exterior construction of the immediate vicinity of the building.
