The Norwegian Industrial Property Office invites tenderers to submit tenders to an open tender contest concerning the hire of multi-function machines with procurement of associated services. The multi-function machines shall as a minimum have the following functionalities: printout (print on both sides), copying, stapling and scanning.

The Norwegian Industrial Property Office requests tenders for the hire of several standard multi-function machines and other necessary services such as consulting for optimization of systems. A standard maintenance agreement will be entered into for all multi-function machines.

The tenderer shall deliver 11 multi-function machines ready installed and ready for use. Installation, necessary training of core personnel, service and maintenance shall be included in the price for hire.
