The competition concerns a contract for transport and disposal of sludge produced at Nordre Follo Renseanlegg.

This competition comprises both disposal of the sludge and transport of the sludge from the treatment plant. It is only possible to submit tender offers that cover both transport and disposal of the sludge.

The value of the contract is estimated to NOK 1 000 000 excluding VAT per year.

Lots/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing the contract in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations §19-4 but has decided that this is not suitable for this contract.

Contract

The contract will be regulated by the attached contract with the accompanying standard contract terms.

The contracting authority will sign a contract with one (1) tenderer.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer is familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
