Stichting GlasLokaal intends to conclude an agreement with a single supplier for the design, implementation, migration and management of the WAN network. This European tender is carried out in accordance with the Procurement Act 2012. The call for tenders shall be carried out on the basis of the competitive dialogue.

Stichting GlasLokaal owns a fiber optic network in The Hague and a number of surrounding municipalities with which Internet connectivity and mutual connectivity are provided, especially to schools in primary and secondary education.

The tender involves the design, delivery and installation of a network design for illuminating the fiber optic network, lighting, monitoring and managing the network to be delivered, and providing all associated services including providing the helpdesk for the customers of the WAN network.
