The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and development of municipal waste from the property where residents live in the area of Tuszyn Municipality, Łódzki East, Łódź Voivodeship, in a way that ensures the appropriate levels of levels are reached recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888 of late. d.) and implementing acts, as well as current records of the Waste Management Plan for the Łódź Voivodeship and local law.

on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, as amended) and implementing acts, as well as current records of the Waste Management Plan for Łódź Voivodeship and local law provisions, in particular: specifying the detailed method and scope of provision of services in the field of collection of municipal waste from property owners and the development of such waste, regulations of maintenance of cleanliness and order in the territory of the municipality of Tuszyn. The subject of the contract shall include the provision of a service consisting in the collection, transport and development of municipal waste created on property residing on which municipal waste is created in the Tuszyn Municipality, in accordance with the applicable rules in this regard. The subject of the order includes the collection of waste from single-family and multi-family inhabited properties, from the Selective Waste Collection Point, and from pharmacy outlets. A detailed description of the order is contained in the SWZ and the annexes to the SWZ, in particular, Annex No 1.
