The subject of the contract is a service in the field of collection of municipal waste, collection and management of slags and ashes from domestic hearths from residential properties located in the territory of the municipality of Przygodzice, together with their transport to the Regional Waste Management Plant in Ostrowie Wielkopolski 121 Staronagodzka Street and the running of the Selective Zbiórka Komunal Waste (PSZOK).
1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive service in the field of collection of municipal waste, collection and management of slags and ashes from domestic fireboxes from inhabited properties located within the municipality of Przygodzice, together with their transport to the Regional Plant The development of Waste in Ostrów Wielkopolski 121 Staronagodzka Street and the operation of the Selective Zbiórka Komunal Waste (PSZOK).
2. The subject of the contract includes the collection of the entire amount of municipal waste transferred by the owners of the inhabited property, both mixed municipal waste and waste accumulated selectively, i.e. paper and cardboard, glass, plastics, metals and packaging multi-plant, biodegradable waste (biowaste), slags and ash waste from household hearths, collection of medicines from two pharmacy sites located in Przygodzice and Czarnymles, and the operation of the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste.
3. The estimated amount of waste to be generated on property residing in the municipality of Przygodzice during the term of the contract will be approximately - 3887 Mg. Types of fractions and quantity provided for receiving:
(a) Paper and cardboard and packaging of paper and cardboard - 46,00 Mg,
(b) Plastics and packaging of plastics, Metals and packaging of metals, Multi-aerial waste - 282,00 Mg,
c) Glass and glass packaging - 284,00 Mg,
d) Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste - 2512,00 Mg,
(e) Biodegradable waste - 450,00 Mg,
f) Waste of slags and ashes from domestic fireboxes - 313,00 Mg.
4. The Executive shall establish and equip the PSZOK on the premises located within 8 km of the Contracting Authority's headquarters, on property owned by the Contractor or on which the Contractor has the right to dispose.
