4.1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a heavy rescue and firefighting vehicle with a 4x4 drive for OSP Puchaczów.

4.1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a heavy rescue and firefighting vehicle with a 4x4 drive for OSP Puchaczów.

4.2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes:

1) Delivery of a heavy rescue and firefighting vehicle with a 4x4 drive for OSP Puchaczów

2) Delivery and installation of the compressed foam system in the above-mentioned car.

3) Providing the necessary technical description (in Polish),

4) Delivery with the order of the instruction required for operation

in Polish and a set of documents necessary to register the equipment,

5) Quality guarantee granted for a period consistent with the content of § 8 of the contract and resulting from the Contractor's offer on terms not worse than the manufacturer's warranty, confirmed by separate warranty documents provided with the equipment,

4.3. As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor shall:

1) performs the technological start-up of the subject of the contract in the presence of representatives of the Ordering Party,

2) train at least 3 employees of the Ordering Party in the principles of use, maintenance and operation of the delivered subject of the contract.
