1) The scope of the order includes:

a) systematic collection and transport of municipal waste (regardless of its quantity) mixed and separately collected from the properties where residents live, in accordance with the schedule and frequency of export agreed with the Ordering Party specified in the SWZ;

b) transfer for waste management to the municipal installations of the City of Białystok appropriate for a given waste fraction, i.e. ZUOK Białystok and/or ZUOK Hryniewicze. In the event of failure of the indicated installations, the Contractor will be obliged to deliver waste at its own expense to another municipal installation located closest to the Supraśl commune.

(c) separate collection of the following fractions of waste from property: paper, metals, plastics, glass, multi-material packaging, biodegradable waste (including bio-waste as well as waste in the form of branches of trees and shrubs and other plant residues in the form of bundled packages), waste electrical and electronic equipment, bulky waste and used tyres;

d) collection, disposal and transfer for management of waste delivered by residents to selective municipal waste collection points located in the Supraśl commune and indicated to the Contractor by the Contracting Authority, in the following frequency: at least 1 container with construction and bio waste will be collected on Saturday by 10.00 from each point, the remaining waste will be collected after the completion of the work of selective municipal waste collection points on Saturday or in Monday (if Monday is a non-working day – on the next working day), it is allowed to collect waste on other days of the week after prior arrangement with the Ordering Party; the points must be emptied of all waste between working days, including those deposited in bulk in case of lack of space in containers, unless the Ordering Party approves a different frequency of collection of specific groups of waste;

e) equipping each selective municipal waste collection point with at least: 2 containers for bio-waste (minimum 7 m3 each), container for furniture and other bulky waste (minimum 20 m3) for waste electrical and electronic equipment (minimum 7m3), container for rubble (minimum 7 m3), for construction and demolition waste (minimum 7 m3) – 2 pcs., for ash during the heating season (minimum 5 m3), and containers for segregated waste: glass, paper and cardboard, plastics, metal, multi-material packaging, fluorescent lamps, textiles and clothing, medicines, batteries and accumulators and chemicals, used oils and paints, waste not eligible as medical waste generated in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes (for each fraction separately, in such quantity that it does not cause overfilling of containers); containers should be in a technical condition enabling safe and easy use and described in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment on the method of selective collection of selected waste fractions of 10 May 2021 (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 906), in the case of insufficient space in the containers, it may be necessary to temporarily add one more container for bulky waste or construction waste; The tyres will be stored in bulk.
