Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer with Inductively Coupled Plasma (TQ-ICP-MS) for Characterization of Element Species
The required instrumentation is a triple quadrupole mass spectrometer with inductively coupled plasma (TQ-ICP-MS) which can be coupled with hpLC (DAD) and gradient-capable ion chromatography (IC) with conductivity detector. Only the complete package can be offered.
This ensemble of instruments is required for projects for the detection and quantification of elements in complex food matrices (multi-element analysis, e.g. lithium), element species in food (e.g. arsenic-organic and selenium-organic compounds as well as vitamin B12) as well as ion species (e.g. Cr(III) next to Cr(VI) or As(III) next to As(V)). In addition, element analyses at single-cell level (e.g. from cell culture systems) are planned.
The tender only includes new equipment.
