The object of this contract is the rental, supply, commissioning (configuration, validation) of multifunctional printers and photocopiers of the existing CHUPMB stock for the CHU Ambroise Paré and CHP Chêne aux Hedges sites as well as external sites. .
The contract also includes:
- Omnium type maintenance services (corrective + preventive) of equipment;
- supply of consumables (eg: printer toner cartridges, staples) with the exception of paper;
- spare parts to keep the equipment in good working order;
- training of IT staff.
Market divided into lots:
The market is divided into lots as follows:
- lot 1: professional multifunction printers and photocopiers for one to three people;
- lot 2: professional group and production multifunction printers and photocopiers.
