The subject of the Order is:

1. reconstruction of the existing district heating network in traditional technology 2xDn200 and 2xDN150 into a pre-insulated network 2xØ219.1/315 – 2xØ168.3/250mm and 2xØ168.3/450 (double pre-insulated pipes) with a length of approx. 267.3 m, including the construction of a pre-insulated network 2xØ168, 3/250mm with a length of approx. 75 m,

2. reconstruction of heating connections in traditional technology 2xDn100, 2xDn50 and 2xDn40 into pre-insulated connections 2xØ114/3/200mm, 2xØ60.3/125 mm and 2xØ48.3/110 mm from chamber no. K-VI/66/1 to the building at 15a Sowia Street, in the direction of buildings at 6 Krzycka Street and 8 Krzycka Street and in the direction of 2a Sowia Street,

3. construction of stoneware drainage Ø0.15m with a length of approx. 3 m.

1. The subject of the order is:

3) construction of stoneware drainage Ø0.15m with a length of approx. 3 m,

2. The subject of the contract is divided into 2 stages:

1) Stage I – construction of a section of pre-insulated heating network 2xØ219.1/315mm, 2xØ168.3/250 and 2xØ168.3/450 (double pre-insulated pipes) from the existing heating network located behind the building at 2 Sowia Street to the K-VI/66/1 heating chamber, approx. 267.3 m long (in pre-insulated technology) (including the implementation of passages under the roadway of Krzycka and Sowia streets) with:

a) 2x 2xØ114.3/200mm connection, approx. 11.7 m long to the building at 2a Sowia Street (in pre-insulated technology) and construction of stoneware drainage Ø 0.15m,

b) liquidation of heating chambers K-174/791/1odw, K-174/791/2odp and K-174/791/2.

2) Stage II – reconstruction of the network section from the heating chamber K—VI/66/1 to the following buildings:

a) Sowia 15a: 2 xØ48,3/110m (in pre-insulated technology) with a length of approx. 9 m,

b) Krzycka 6: 2 xØ60.3/125mm (in pre-insulated technology) with a length of approx. 109.14 m,

c) Krzycka 8: 2 xØ48.3/110m (in pre-insulated technology) with a length of approx. 2.5 m,

d) making a tee and connecting to the existing connection 2 xØ60,3/125mm to the building at u

3. The reconstruction of the heating network should be carried out in accordance with the detailed requirements of the currently applicable PN-EN 13942 standard or equivalent.

4. Detailed description of the item of the order includes SWZ, contract template, STWIORB, design documentation (Annex 10 to SWZ).

5. The project documentation indicates the required minimum technical parameters of the system in pre-insulated pipe technology. Each of the Contractors is obliged to demonstrate that the system offered by him in the technology of pre-insulated pipes meets the minimum technical parameters specified by the Contracting Authority by documenting that the pre-insulated materials meet the requirements specified in the project documentation.

6. The Contractor is obliged in the Offer Form – Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ to indicate the name of the manufacturer and the name of the offered pre-insulated pipe technology system;

7. The Contractor shall provide a guarantee and warranty as follows:

1) for the offered pre-insulated system and related construction works performed – at least 5 years;

2) for shut-off fittings – for a period of 5 years;

3) for the restoration of the surface – for a period of 5 years or longer, depending on the arrangements with the owners of the land (arrangements with the owners of the land are attached to the design documentation for the tender procedure in question);

4) for manufactured devices and materials used as part of collision removal and construction of power equipment: for a period of 36 months.

8. The obligations of the Contractor and the Contracting Authority as well as the conditions for the performance of the contract are presented in the contract template (Annex 9 to the SWZ).

9. The Contracting Authority shall not make a reservation regarding the obligation of the Contractor to personally perform key tasks for construction works.
