The assignment consists of making flexible workers available for cluster Customer Contact Centre (KCC), team Civil Affairs that the contracting authority wants to commit to itself by means of secondment. This means that the tenderer lends staff from its secondment office to the Contracting Authority via the framework agreement.

In order to avoid having to terminate the framework agreement earlier than the duration would indicate, in order to achieve the maximum value in euro set at the time of the call for tenders, the estimate takes into account unforeseen exploitation of this framework agreement. The maximum value of this framework agreement is therefore set at €8,550,000,--.
Under no circumstances can rights be derived from the above-mentioned amount; the aforementioned indication of the volume is therefore not a guarantee turnover. It is purely intended to give the guests a global picture.
