Städtische Werke Netz + Service GmbH (NSG) plans to further develop its location on Eisenacher Straße in the coming years with regard to the changed market and legal requirements. The planned new building is strictly based on the existing building in its geometric dimensions, floors, material, design and design language. It consistently follows the bar development parallel to Eisenacher Straße. Similar to the existing building, two finger-like wings are arranged as backward development.
The roadside extension of the new building in the north direction, then to the existing administration building, is approximately 65 metres. The later total length of both structures is then approximately 143 metres. The height of the main buildings on Eisenacher Straße is 15.25 m from OKG to the OK Attica; the two rear wings up to the Attica are planned at a height of 11.58 m.
