Norlys Holding A/S is offering the agreement on behalf of:

The three companies from Norlys can each draw on the Agreements as needed. Norlys Holding A/S is responsible for the organisation and execution of the tender, and the Agreements are concluded by all three companies. From the start of the agreement, it will primarily be Norlys Holding A/S and N1 A/S that draw on the agreements. N1 Randers A/S's draw on the agreements will constitute a smaller part of the total need. Due to planned system and organizational changes during the agreement period, it is expected that it will primarily be Norlys Holding A/S in the long term that will draw on the agreement on behalf of all three companies.

Lot 5 is concluded as framework agreements with all prequalified applicants for Lot 5 to handle the power transformers covered by it. Thus, the competition is reopened at each specific order within the framework of the conditions set out in Appendix L - Mini-tender material, draft.

The estimated total volume of the Framework Agreement incl. options is: 10-20 power transformers per year and a total of 70-140 power transformers. Furthermore, the Customer reserves the right to offer one or more force transformers at once.

The estimate is the Contracting Entity's best estimate based on historical consumption and expected increased activity. At the same time, the estimates are calculated based on an expectation that the annual consumption at the end of the order period is higher than at the start of the order period. The estimate is not binding on the Ordering Party.

The maximum total volume of the Framework Agreement incl. options is: 175 power transformers.
