This is a first-stage restricted call for tenders for Naantali power plant process cleaning.

Process cleaning comprises the provision of industrial cleaning services for the Naantali production unit owned by Turun Seudun Energiantuotanto Oy (TSE) and their common process systems. The cleaning area includes all production facilities in the power plant area. The area includes power plant units 1-4, desulphurisation plant, spare parts stores, machining plant, waterworks, district heat pumping station, ash barrel, gypsum silo, lime silo, ash storage and fuel conveyor systems.

TSE is seeking a 2 + 2 year contract for process cleaning procurement. Both parties are bound by the Contract for a period of 24 months from 1.4.2020 to 31.3.2022. Thereafter, TSE shall have the right to extend the agreement for a two (2) year option period, provided that the work and cooperation have been conducted to the satisfaction of the Client.

Turun Seudun Energiantuotanto Oy and Oy Turku Energia - Åbo Energi Ab have agreed on a partnership for the operation and maintenance of power plants and district heating networks. This means that Turku Energia is responsible for ordering materials and services for the operation and maintenance of power plants and for managing the work on behalf of Turun Seudun Energiantuotanto Oy.
