A call for tenders for snow ploughing and clearing of municipal roads, foot and cycle lanes and places in Krødsherad municipality. The contract also includes the sanding and salting of municipal roads.

The procurement is estimated to be over the EEA threshold value. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The value of the contract is estimated to NOK 1 500 000 excluding VAT per year. The amount is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.

Lots/groups

The winter maintenance is divided into 6 plough lots and 1 sanding and salting lot. Tenders can be submitted for one, several, or all lots. Sub-tenders and alternative tenders cannot be submitted for an individual lot. Tenderers are encouraged to cooperate in preparing tenders if they are unable to handle an entire lot alone.

Lot 1 (annual estimated value: NOK 50 000 — excluding VAT).

Lot 2 (annual estimated value: NOK 325 000 excluding VAT).

Lot 3 (annual estimated value: NOK 175 000 excluding VAT).

Lot 4 (annual estimated value: NOK 200 000 excluding VAT).

Lot 5 (annual estimated value: NOK 250 000 excluding VAT).

Lot 6 (annual estimated value: NOK 25 000 excluding VAT).

Lot 7 Sanding and salting (annual estimated value: NOK 475 000, excluding VAT).

The contracting authority retains the right to divide the contract between multiple tenderers and to assume all or parts of a tender.

The tenderer must fill out a price form for the lots on which the tender is offered.

Contract

The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract with the associated standard terms.

The contract duration is from and including 1 September 2021 to and including 31 August 2027.

The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 tenderer for each lot, provided that a sufficient number of qualified tenderers submit tenders to the contest.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer is familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.

ESPD

As part of the simplification of public procurements, and based on experience from similar, former procurements where many tenderers have limited experience with submitting tenders, the contracting authority has chosen not to require ESPD to be included in this call for tenders.

The tenderer is asked to confirm that none of the grounds for rejection in the form's Part III are relevant to you as a tenderer (this applies to funding of terrorist organisation, child labour, corruption, and involvement in criminal activities).
