The main service of the contract is as follows:
-Maintenance (interval: semi-annual and yearly)

-The fitter, electrician, refrigeration technician assignments for maintenance measures according to a separate order of the AG
-An arrival and departure flat rate is agreed for services outside of maintenance / calibration
-Additional maintenance for scales, refrigeration and other commercial kitchen systems according to a separate order of the AG

The Contractor shall perform the services in such a way that the safety of the technical systems is maintained. The operational readiness must be maintained during the provision of services, as far as possible. All relevant laws, regulations, in particular accident prevention regulations, standards, guidelines, etc. as well as the recognized rules of technology must be observed. The Contractor shall provide the service with his company.

Maintenance must be carried out within normal operating hours (Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.; Friday: 8 a.m. - 1 p.m.).

In connection with maintenance and testing, the Contractor is obliged to carry out repair work that is essential for restoring the target state, is not already recorded in the work card / bill of quantities and does not increase the time normally expected for maintenance and testing. ---
The repair is carried out at least in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and in accordance with all valid and relevant laws, regulations, standards, guidelines, etc. as well as the recognized rules of technology. The Contractor has no legal claim to the transfer of these services.

Even outside the regular maintenance dates, the Contractor is obliged to remedy faults that impair plant safety or endanger the use of the building upon request. He must carry out the work immediately within normal working hours (Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.; Friday: 8 a.m. - 1 p.m.). Response time: within a maximum of 8 hours (The response time refers to the period of time in which, after notification of an emergency, a fault, a user request or the like to the personnel of the contractor, the fault or damage rectification at the location of the emergency, the troubleshooting at the location of the fault or the implementation of the user request begins).

The Contractor is obliged to provide or supply all equipment, tools and aids (e.g. measuring and testing equipment), materials and auxiliaries (e.g. cleaning, sealing, lubricants and corrosion inhibitors) as well as suitable access technology (e.g. ladders) and protective equipment, etc. as well as all other aids and substances not explicitly mentioned, aerial work platforms), etc. required for the provision of the services. Unless otherwise stated, the costs are covered by the unit prices.
