The client wants to build a new extension to the “Alexander Schmorell” vocational school at Schleswiger Strasse 5 in 18109 Rostock.

For the new building, the construction site must be prepared with surface demolition and reorganization of the development. In addition, the planned parking spaces are to be prepared in parallel.

With the earlier measures, rain, waste and construction water pipes are to be re-laid.

In the existing green area to the east of the old building, 20 parking spaces will be arranged while preserving the existing trees and shrubs.
