The Contracting Authority requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship within the meaning of Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 for parts I-IV of the contract. The Contracting Authority requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship within the meaning of Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 for parts I-IV of the contract. Labour Code, persons performing the indicated activities related to the performance of the contract, i.e. with the performance of: assembly with installation of equipment equipment along with training of employees. 2) Information on the on-site inspection carried out by the Contractor, referred to in Article 131(2) of the PPL: The Contracting Authority requires the submission of a bid for part IV of the contract after the Contractor has made a site inspection of the LAN installation site. The Contractor must notify the Contracting Authority by e-mail to the following address: zamowienia@starachowice.eu willingness to participate in the vision two days in advance, but not later than 10 days before the deadline for submitting tenders, i.e. by 17.03.2023. The vision can take place on working days from 8.00 to 13.00. Participation in the on-site inspection will be confirmed by an appropriate letter - a protocol of participation in the vision. In the case of Contractors acting jointly, the Contracting Authority requires at least one of the Contractors to carry out the above-mentioned vision. The contractor cannot carry out the on-site inspection himself. Any extension of the deadline for submitting tenders will not affect the deadline for submitting a desire to participate in the on-site inspection. REMARK! Pursuant to Article 226(1)(18) of the PPL, the contracting authority will reject the bid for lot IV of the contract if it is submitted without an on-site inspection.
