For the needs of members of a group of orders:

the rental over a fixed period of new multifunction photocopiers for the sites (headquarters and agencies);

- Installation of the Equipment on the sites;

- The configuration of the Equipment during its commissioning and throughout the duration of the execution of the contract;

- Presentation of the main equipment and functionalities to the staff;

- Preventive and curative maintenance of the Equipment for the duration of the contract;

- The delivery of consumables for the entire duration of the contract, with the exception of paper;

- The withdrawal of the Equipment at the end of the contract
