Reasons for failure to split the order into parts: the subject of the order is delivery

associated with each other. Separation of the object of the contract would threaten non-eliminable organisational problems related to liability for individual elements of supply by different Contractors. It would cause excessive technical difficulties, excessive execution costs and difficulties coordinating the actions of various Contractors carrying out individual parts of the contract which could seriously jeopardize the proper execution of the order. The Contractor is obliged to execute the order on the terms and conditions described in the SWZ and the offer.
