Oslo municipality, the Agency for Water and Sewage (henceforth referred to as VAV) is as the builder responsible for good control and quality of the planning and execution of building and construction works. This implies a need for high-qualified personnel for construction and project management. The objective of the contract is to increase VAV’s capacity in following up projects beyond the current available resources.

VAV therefore requires hired personnel. The framework agreement shall ensure access to necessary HR with sufficient capacity and flexibility in regards to the mobilisation period and duration.

It is expected that VAV will enter into parallel framework agreements with 4-6 suppliers.
