The subject of the order is a comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas (group E) for entities listed in Section I.1 of the notice (except for the entity: Podkarpackie Medical Center in Rzeszów Self-Public Health Care Department), amounting to 40 001,444 kWh, including for:

— pre-emptive points with contractual power up to 110 kWh/h — 1 290 116 kWh,

— Points with contractual power exceeding 110 kWh/h — 38 711 328 kWh.

The detailed scope of the contract is set out in Annex 4 to the SWZ. Other conditions for the execution of the contract are set out in the SWZ (including Annex 3 to the SWZ).
