The contracting authority is the Norwegian Agency for Public and Financial Management ('DFØ'). DFØ is the government's professional body for financial management, good decision bases, organisation and management in the government, and procurements in the public sector. DFØ is also a provider of joint services for administration within wages and accounts.

The aim is to procure a standard system for holding courses, network meetings, webinars, seminars, conferences, and similar events. The system must see to the requirements for self-administration and management of different events and participants for events, and DFØ's requirements for integration. The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract with one tenderer.

DFØ currently has a total of approx. 22,000 participants per annum at our various events. We expect a scope of between 20,000 and 25,000 participants at our events in the coming years.
