The object of the contract is to perform a service consisting in receiving municipal waste from the territory of the municipality of Rojewo from the owners of real estate inhabited in the territory of the municipality of Rojewo, from the point of selective collection of municipal waste in Rojewo and its development in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e., Journal of Laws of 13 September 1996 U. of 2021, item 888), records of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship Waste Management Plan for the period 2016-2022 with a perspective for 2023 2028, adopted by the resolution of the Kujawsko Pomeranian Voivodeship Sejmik No XXXII/545/17 of 29 May 2017 on the enactment of the Waste Management Plan Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship

The object of the contract is to perform a service consisting in receiving municipal waste from the territory of the municipality of Rojewo from the owners of real estate inhabited in the territory of the municipality of Rojewo, from the point of selective collection of municipal waste in Rojewo and its development in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage.

Receipt and development from the owners of real estate inhabited from the territory of the municipality of Rojewo the following types of waste:

— mixed municipal waste — in any quantity,

— biodegradable waste, including biowaste, in any quantity,

— paper, paperboard, packaging of paper and cardboard — in any quantity,

— glass packaging — in any quantity,

— plastics, plastic packaging, metals, metal packaging and multi-aerial packaging — in any quantity;

2. The following frequency of collection of mixed municipal waste from inhabited property areas shall be established:

(a) from the development areas of single-family buildings:

— unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste once a month; and in the months of April to October, 2 times a month,

— biodegradable waste, including biowaste, once a month; and in the months of April to October, 2 times a month,

— waste selectively harvested once a month;

(b) from the development areas of multi-scale buildings:

— unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste twice a month; and in the months of April to October once a week,

— waste selectively collected twice a month,

— biodegradable waste, including biowaste, twice a month; and in the months of April to October, once a week;

3) collection and management of waste from 5 points of collection of plastic waste (3 x Rojewo, Liszkowo, Ściborze) — by telephone application from the Rojewo Municipality Office;

4) Receiving from the point of selective collection of municipal waste in Rojewo, collected in a selective manner:

(a) paper and paperboard and packaging of paper and paperboard, metals and packaging of metals, plastics and packaging of plastic, polystyrene, glass packaging, multi-plant packaging, biowaste, waste not eligible for medical waste on the holding household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring of the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes, expired medicines and chemicals, furniture and other multi-size waste, used tyres (with a permissible weight of the total vehicle to 3.5 tonnes), hazardous waste, textiles and clothing, construction and demolition waste, spent batteries and batteries, electrical and electronic equipment, sorbents and household filtration materials, construction waste and ash created in boiler house or domestic furnace in residential buildings — in any quantity,

(b) receipt of waste from the PSZOK as required after the telephone notification of the contracting authority;

5) to organize once a year, following previous findings of mobile collection of large-sized waste prior to the reported property of residents.

On average, the Contracting Authority estimates that during the course of the contract (i.e. year), the amount of municipal waste will amount to approximately 1,119.60 Mg, including:

— unsegregated waste (mixed) — approx. 750 Mg,

— segregated waste — approx. 250 Mg,

— waste from PSZOK — approx. 119,6 Mg.
