the purpose of the consultation is to provide maintenance services for green spaces (hedges, massifs, mowing) of the various sites managed by the Community of Municipalities: Zones d'activités Economiques (Zae); Car parks of the Community of Communes; the scope of performance of the contract and the services to be carried out are detailed in the Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières.The contract is a single-awarded framework agreement at mixed prices and includes: -services carried out on the basis of an annual flat rate and processed at a global and flat-rate price, the amount of which appears in Article 4 of the deed of commitment,- services processed on the basis of the unit price schedule and at the express request of the Cct.La purchase order share is placed, in accordance with Articles R2162-1 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code (CCP), without minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount of 10,000 eur (excl. VAT).
