The subject of the contract are the delivery of medicines, in the quantity and with parameters specified in Annex 2 to the Specification of the Terms of Order to the Hospital Pharmacy. During the term of the contract (12 months from the date of signing the contract), the Ordering Party also provides for urgent orders for tasks No. 4 to 23 and 28 of 2 (with implementation within a maximum of 12 hours from the order). The Cost of such delivery the Contractor is obliged to include in the price of the offer (a given task / package).
