The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the Strzyżów County Purchasing Group.
Part A of the order1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the Ordering Party's electricity consumption points on the terms set out in the Act of 10 April 1997. 2. The estimated total amount of electricity to be supplied during the term of the Agreement shall be 7421 MWh.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract as well as the requirements and rules for the implementation of the contract are specified in the Draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 3A to the SWZ together with the list of electricity consumption points constituting Annex 2A to the SWZ.

2. The estimated total amount of electricity to be supplied during the term of the Agreement shall be 430 MWh.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract as well as the requirements and rules for the performance of the contract are specified in the Proposed provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 3A and 3B to the SWZ together with the list of electricity consumption points constituting Annex No. 2B to the SWZ.
4. As part of this contract for part B, the Contractor is also obliged to conclude with the Ordering Party a contract for the sale of electricity generated by the Ordering Party (repurchase agreement) in a renewable source of electricity (solar radiation energy) together with a commercial balancing service of resold energy - for the PPE electricity consumption point 480548201000024910 where such an installation exists. The contract in question will be drawn up according to the commonly used model of the Contractor, presented for acceptance to the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party declares that it is a producer of electricity in a small installation referred to in Article 2 point 18 of the Act of 20 February 2018 on renewable energy sources (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1378, as amended) and is entered into the register of electricity producers in a small installation under the number MIOZE/URE00902/2020. The estimated amount of electricity to be repurchased in a renewable source of electricity during the term of the Agreement is 37 MWh. Installed source capacity: 140 kW, Start-up date: December 2020, date of entry for power generators in a small installation: 11.05.2020.
5. The Ordering Party shall provide the selected Contractor with all necessary data to conclude a repurchase agreement.
